The role involves providing technical support acrossa wide range ofsystems, including workstation maintenance, software installation, troubleshooting,printers, mobile devices, networking equipment security cameras,and user training.You will be part of a team that supports IT systems Nationwide acrossall ofour locations. You will serve as thehands-on-the-groundtechnician at this siteassistingwith tickets when physical access isrequired. In addition, you may engage in technical projectswith guidance from our System Admins for server and infrastructure repairs and upgrades.Every day will be a little different,but day to day you could expectto:
