  • Coordinate care with cardiology providers, imaging services, and support teams to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.
  • Accurately document assessments, device data, and care coordination activities within the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in remote monitoring workflows that support a growing patient population and improve access to rhythm management services.
  • Monitor patients during in-clinic device evaluations and assist providers during procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate within a cross-trained nursing team to provide coverage and maintain continuity of services.
  • Support patient safety initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support cardiac device services operations.

  • Current CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac device management, telemetry, or procedural nursing preferred.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a highly specialized clinical setting while collaborating effectively with providers and team members.
  • Ability to function as part of a cross-trained team and provide mutual coverage as needed.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Benefits
