- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams following established protocols and physician orders

- Ensure patient identification, comfort, and communication at every stage of the exam
- Maintain imaging equipment and report any performance or safety concerns promptly

Education
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent allied health program with formal ultrasound training
- Current ARDMS certification (Abdomen required within 6 months; Vascular and OB/GYN within 18 months)
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based ultrasound experience preferred
- Proficiency with PACS/RIS and clinical documentation systems
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Ability to manage complex imaging exams independently
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and compassionate patient interaction
