Job description

At Bigfoot Beverages, we don’t just sell drinks—we move markets. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the force behind the fizz, building relationships with store managers, executing flawless displays, and making sure our brands (from Pepsi to Rockstar and everything in between) are the ones customers reach for first.

If you’re a relationship-builder, display-straightener, results-chaser, shelf-dominating kind of person… let’s talk.

What "doing it right" looks like for our Sales Representative:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Build and grow your territory—boosting volume, product mix, and shelf presence

  2. Analyze your accounts like a champ—identify gaps, pitch new placements, and track promotions

  3. Be the go-to partner for store managers and decision-makers

  4. Collaborate with Merchandisers and Delivery Drivers—because great teams make great stores

  5. Own inventory accuracy, product freshness, and flawless point-of-sale materials

  6. Sell and install displays and coolers that make customers stop and buy

  7. Solve problems fast and follow through even faster

  8. Drive a company vehicle like it’s wrapped in purpose (because it is)

You might be the one if you have:

  1. Experience in sales, delivery, or merchandising helps—but attitude is king

  2. A knack for building relationships and influencing people

  3. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

  4. High school diploma or GED

  5. Valid driver’s license and a clean record

  6. CDL? Nice bonus. No CDL? We’ll still talk.

Location + Travel

This position is based in Eugene, Oregon, with primary local travel during the business day. Occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. You'll be operating in various environments, including professional office settings, warehouses, and customer accounts. A company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.

As a member of our team, you'll also need to:

Employee must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Change is the only constant:
