Up to $33.00/Hour + Generous Shift Premiums • Big Bend, WI Area • Direct-Hire • 100% Onsite


  • COMPENSATION: Up to $33.00/Hour Base (commensurate with setup depth) + Shift Differential + Full Benefits Package
  • SHIFT OPTIONS (CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE):
    • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM) | 4-Day Work Week / 3-Day Weekend
    • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM) | Generous Overnight Differential
  • EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of professional CNC machining experience (including 1+ years executing independent setups)
  • SHOP ENVIRONMENT: State-of-the-art, 100% climate-controlled, ultra-clean facility running under strict 5S standards
  • TECHNICAL FOCUS: Blueprint interpretation, G&M codes, tool offsets, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen or Green Card holder required due to contract compliance (no sponsorship available)

What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
  • Perform complete, independent machine setups and operations on automated CNC milling and turning centers to exacting engineering specifications.
  • Manage tool page offsets, adjust fixtures, and replace cutting tools to maintain tight tolerances across complex production runs.
  • Utilize advanced precision gauging, micrometers, calipers, and specialized measuring instruments to ensure 100% quality compliance before parts advance.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and correct mechanical or program-related deviations to optimize cycle times and maintain steady workflow.
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings and apply rigorous GD&T benchmarks to ensure total part integrity.
  • Participate actively in shop-floor continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a highly organized, safe, and 5S-compliant cell.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of professional CNC machining experience, with at least 1 year executing independent setups on CNC lathes or mills.
  • 2+ years of strong blueprint reading literacy, G&M code familiarity, and practical GD&T application.
  • Proven capability utilizing precision hand measuring tools and custom gauges to verify close-tolerance part features.
  • Employment Reliability: A stable, progressive work history showing reliability, strong attendance, and long-term commitment to past employers.
  • Strong Plus: Prior experience machining tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, or medical applications.
  • Local Proximity: Residing within a dependable daily driving radius of the Big Bend, WI area.
