Our organization is in search of a board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN to become part of our team in either Irvine or Arcadia, California. This position is strictly daytime, with no overnight shifts, offering a consistent schedule and a supportive environment for both you and your patients. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training in fertility and IVF-related procedures alongside our exceptional embryology and clinical teams, so prior experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) is not necessary.

You will acquire a specialized skill set in one of the most fulfilling areas of medicine, working in a practice where your contributions significantly impact lives.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually, based on experience

Main Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered consultations that significantly impact individuals facing one of life’s most emotional experiences
• Perform fertility and gynecological procedures, including oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer (full training will be provided)
• Conduct thorough health evaluations, including assessments of potential oocyte donors and gestational carriers
• Engage in clinic webinars and marketing initiatives to enhance patient relationships and expand the practice
• Guide and support clinic staff to cultivate a high-performance, compassionate care environment

• Board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN
