THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring for multiple shifts, including day, overnight, and rotating schedules, providing opportunities for candidates with a variety of availability needs. Current openings include:

  • 5:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
  • 9:30 p.m. 6:00 a.m.
  • 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00 a.m. 8:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. 8:30 a.m.)

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Operate production machinery, including but not limited to packaging equipment, conveyors, and material handling systems.
  • Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficient operation.
  • Set up and calibrate machinery according to production requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve optimal output and quality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery during operation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to address technical problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery as directed.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of production.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and interpret machine manuals.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Previous maintenance, equipment repair, or industrial troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
