Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Overnight Shifts Only What We Offer: At BrightStar Care, we prioritize your wellbeing and professional growth. Our benefits may include: Weekly pay with direct deposit Consistent overnight scheduling Flexible hours based on availability Paid training and continuing education Employee referral bonuses Performance and recognition programs Mileage and travel time reimbursement (where applicable) Supportive team with RN oversight Opportunities for advancement—we promote from within Responsibilities: Provide attentive overnight care as directed by a nursing supervisor Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Monitor and record vital signs as needed Ensure client safety, comfort, and well being throughout the night Assist with repositioning, mobility, and nighttime routines Follow the established plan of care Requirements: Current CNA certification in good standing High school diploma or GED Completion of a nursing assistant program Current CPR certification and negative TB test Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred Reliable transportation (if applicable) Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
