Job description

Pay Structure

We pay zip-code to zip-code with a mileage pay scale determined by your length of haul.

  • Base Mileage Pay: $1.12 to $2.85 per mile (depending on length of haul).
  • Strong Volume: Average 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week (Top drivers can average 2,500 to 3,000 miles when the freight market supports it).
  • No-Touch Freight: Focus on driving, not loading.
  • Stop Pay Scale:
    • 1st Stop: $50.00
    • Each Subsequent Stop: $100.00
    • (Note: Base pickup and final delivery are already built into the load pay).
Driver Protections & Delay Pay
  • Orientation Completion Bonus: $800.00 total ($400 once seated, $400 after your first load is delivered—paid next business day).
  • Layover Pay: $180.00 per day after 24 hours.
  • Breakdown Pay: $250.00 per day after 24 hours. (As an added safety net, we waive the first 24-hour waiting period completely for drivers in their first 90 days).
  • Detention Pay: Earn 65% of the billed detention revenue for that specific customer.

Fuel is the largest expense for any independent contractor. Our fuel program completely removes that volatility:

  • $0.99/Gallon Fuel Cap: Lease purchase contractors pay only $0.99 per gallon for fuel at all authorized network locations, completely regardless of what the actual pump price is.
Late-Model Premium Equipment

Run your business in a late-model, reliable tractor spec'd for driver comfort:

  • The Fleet: 2022 to 2026 International LT625 and Freightliner Cascadia P4 & P5 models.
  • In-Cab Amenities: All trucks come equipped with a built-in 24" Smart TV.
  • Comfort Policies: Full Pet and Passenger (Rider) policies are available.
Driver Qualifications
  • License: Valid Class A CDL.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verified Class A over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing and comfortable operating overnight shifts to meet tight reefer delivery windows.
