Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking an AFSIM Developer to support a Navy customer in Crane, IN. This position is fully onsite. For immediate consideration email your resume to

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support in AFSIM framework-based model development, modeling and integration
  • Support Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) centric modeling and simulation (M&S) using the AFSIM framework and software development tools (such as Python and C)
  • Conduct exploitation, attack, protection/survivability analysis, and Constructive model evaluation and integration to include threat models, flight path models/scenarios, and Electronic Warfare (EW) effects
  • Support Nuclear Triad (Land Based, Sea Based, and Airborne Strategic Deterrence) centric M&S using the AFSIM framework and software development tools (such as Python and C)
  • Collaborate with National Laboratories (such as Sandia National Laboratory), Department of Defense Warfare Centers (such as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division and the Navy Modeling and Simulation Office(NMSO), and industry partners (such as Modern Technology Solutions, Incorporated, or MTSI)
  • Support EMSO M&S and validation and verification, providing assessment reports as applicable
  • Support Nuclear Triad M&S and validation and verification, providing assessment reports as applicable

Qualifications:
Required
  • Extensive experience with AFSIM and other modeling and simulation software (e.g., STK, NGTS, Builder).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and Matlab.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics).
  • Strong background in systems engineering and model integration.
  • Experience in validation and verification of simulation models.
  • Secret clearance required, TS/SCI preferred
  • Security +(CE) or other CWF approved certification
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proven track record in project management and schedule development.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with government agencies, National Laboratories, and industry partners.

Desired
  • Experience with Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and Nuclear Triad modeling and simulation.
  • Familiarity with threat modeling and flight path scenario development.
  • Knowledge of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) effects and their simulation.
