Nike is seeking a Lead, Digital Marketing Always On Brand Manager-someone passionate about sport, product-obsessed, and energized by creating digital marketing consumer moments that serves athletes 365 days a year. This role in our Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) geo supports the development of marketing plans across Nike's priority franchises and major consumer moments, such as Back-to-School and Holiday Gifting. The ideal candidate brings expertise in digital, retail, product marketing, and campaign management, thriving in collaborative environments that blend art and science to build robust, insight-driven strategies. Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, this person plays a critical role in shaping brand distinction and driving demand across Nike Direct channels.
As a seasoned digital marketer, the Lead deeply understands consumer lifestyles and online behaviors, helping connect athletes* with innovative experiences and compelling brand stories. This role supports both brand and business objectives, embracing a culture of testing, learning, and continuous innovation. With an appreciation for consumer insights, creativity, and digital direct-to-consumer ecosystems, the Lead acts as a thought partner and digital evangelist-consistently bringing new ideas forward and driving evolution across Nike's 365 product marketing approach.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You'll partner closely with the following cross-functional teams: Brand, Brand Creative, and Merchandising
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll contribute to the APLA Digital Marketing strategy by shaping stories for our business driving priority franchises and key consumer moments. You'll co-create campaign briefs, define scope and objectives, and ensure alignment across x-functional stakeholders in Global and GEO teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Marketplace & Project Leadership - Lead Always-On marketing initiatives end-to-end across the Nike marketplace, translating product campaigns, consumer moments, and business priorities into integrated consumer journeys. Guide cross-functional project squads through planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Strategic Storytelling & Creator Expertise - Shape seasonal Always On marketing strategies, briefs, and storytelling toolkits that connect sport, product, and culture. Leverage deep knowledge of creator ecosystems, influence, and emerging consumer behaviors to develop compelling digital and hybrid experiences that drive relevance and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence - Build trust, alignment, and momentum across Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Digital, Geo, Territory, and Global teams. Orchestrate stakeholders around shared objectives, partner with territory teams to harmonize product storytelling, and influence decisions that enable cohesive marketplace experiences and execution excellence.
  • Creative Collaboration - inspire and help guide creative teammates through ambiguity and complexity. You will contribute to and present in creative reviews, providing clear, constructive feedback to peers and partners. Additionally, support photography and video/film productions; from pre-production, to on-set leadership and post-production.
  • Strategic Communication - Present ideas and concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders and leadership
  • Entrepreneurial Drive - Proactively identify opportunities and drive innovation
  • Obsess the Craft - Ability to visualize creative ideas and a critical attention to detail, delivering flawless execution

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or related fields
  • Strong experience collaborating within Brand Marketing, Brand Planning, Merchandising, and Creative teams
  • Prior experience in creating seasonal marketing briefs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in fast moving, ambiguous environment
  • A collaborative mindset that values diverse perspectives
  • Professional experience in marketing / communications for sportswear, running, and other sport industries
  • Ability to travel approximately once per quarter - mainly domestic travel

Position Location & Schedule
This position is based at our incredibly beautiful worldwide campus headquarters location in Beaverton, Oregon. You'll work a "4/1 hybrid" schedule - Mondays - Thursdays are in the office and it's optional if you'd like to work Fridays from the Nike campus office or your home office.
