The MechanicalEngineering Department at Rose-Hulman is searching forinspiring educators who share our passion for teaching undergraduateengineering students. We seek passionate engineering educatorswith ability to teach undergraduate courses at a rank commensurate withexperience for a one or two-year visiting (non-tenure-track) position to beginin fall 2026. We welcome applications from any area of mechanical engineering.
Requirements include a doctorate degree(by the start of employment) and a baccalaureate degree in mechanicalengineering or a closely related field. The essential job function is teachingstudents. Our world-class faculty are excited to exchange ideas with aspiring candidatesfrom various and diverse backgrounds and experiences, including but not limitedto: engineering educators, seasoned instructorson leave from their home institutions, individuals with an industrialbackground seeking teaching experience, or recent Ph.D. graduates seekingteaching experience.
