Rose-HulmanInstitute of Technology invites applications for a full-time tenure track facultyposition at the Assistant Professor level in Engineering Management. Ourteaching-focused mission is "to provide students with the world's bestundergraduate science, engineering, and mathematics education in an environmentof individual attention and support." Bythe time of appointment, candidates must hold a doctorate inengineering management, industrialengineering or closely related field. We seek dynamic, student-centered educators committed to excellence inteaching undergraduate and graduate courses across the engineering management disciplines.Preferred candidates will bring strong teaching experience, relevantprofessional accomplishments, and the academic background necessary to teachcourses (or practicums) in areas such as Quality Engineering (e.g., QualityControl, Six Sigma), Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, OperationsManagement, Engineering Economy, and Business Management/Strategy. 

Essentialresponsibilities include delivering rigorous, engaging coursework aligned withdepartmental and institutional goals; teaching in multiple modalities;fostering inclusive learning environments with timely feedback; maintainingoffice hours and providing academic guidance; advising students at all levels;contributing service to the department, institute, and profession; and pursuingongoing professional development. The department and institute place a highvalue on supporting all our students; candidates who are excited to enhancestudent engagement and community are especially encouraged to apply.
