Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Hyland OnBase Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations and custom solutions within the OnBase platform. This role focuses on integration architecture and development, including cloud-based and middleware-enabled integrations, while also supporting application administration and production support activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable OnBase integrations, holds relevant Hyland certification(s), and thrives in complex, distributed environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between OnBase and internal or external systems using supported APIs, Unity scripting, web services, middleware platforms, and messaging patterns
Implement cloud-enabled and hybrid integration solutions leveraging iPaaS, middleware, or message-based architectures where appropriate
Define and apply integration patterns including synchronous/asynchronous processing, event-driven messaging, and batch interfaces
Develop and enhance OnBase workflows, lifecycle rules, and automation to support integrated business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues across OnBase, middleware, and connected systems, including data flow, performance, and error handling
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 production support for OnBase applications and integrations, including root-cause analysis and long-term remediation
Support OnBase administration activities, including environment configuration, security setup, and system management as needed
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release cycles, ensuring continued compatibility of integrations and custom solutions
Collaborate with architects, cloud teams, business analysts, and external system owners to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions
Produce and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, and operational support documentation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3-6 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Hyland OnBase solutions in a production environment
Active Hyland OnBase certification (e.g., Developer, Workflow, or System Administration)
Strong experience designing and developing OnBase integrations using APIs, Unity Client scripting, and web services
Experience working with middleware, integration platforms, or messaging technologies (e.g., iPaaS tools, ESB, message queues, or event-driven frameworks)
Solid understanding of integration concepts including REST/SOAP services, messaging, data transformation, error handling, and security
Proficiency with SQL for development, troubleshooting, and integration support
Experience supporting enterprise applications with distributed or cloud-based integrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 - $188,100.00.
