Job description

Aliya Health Group is a nationwide network of addiction treatment centers known for diverse, evidence-based programs for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our nationally accredited treatment centers include Footprints to Recovery, Vogue Recovery Center, Royal Life Centers, and South Coast Behavioral Health.

Clinical Director |Vogue Recovery Center| Phoenix, NV | Full-Time

Pay Scale: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00

Position Overview

This person is responsible for overseeing, directing, and developing the clinical services of Vogue Recovery Center. Specifically, will assist with implementing program changes, assisting in hiring new employees, and administrative duties, while focusing on promoting positive team dynamics and clinical excellence. Most importantly they will ensure clients are receiving quality treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct client care
  • Directly oversee subordinate staff
  • Prepare and facilitate interdisciplinary treatment planning and meetings
  • Prepare and facilitate individual meetings with staff
  • Work with staff to ensure their department is functioning efficiently while also working cohesively with the other departments
  • Build positive team dynamics
  • Contribute to the growth of the company through brainstorming, planning, and implementation
  • Work with the Compliance Department to maintain Joint Commission Accreditation
  • Ensure checks and balances and auditing is taking place in all departments to guarantee policies and procedures are being followed
  • Promote effective communication with clients, their loved ones, staff, and other professionals
  • Provides and schedules in-service training as needed
  • Performs on call duties as needed

Qualifications required: Fully licensed mental health professional (CPC, LMFT, LCSW) AND CADC supervisor license is required. A master's degree in one of the following: professional counseling, social work or marriage and family therapy is required.

Position will not carry a clinical caseload, but will complete oversite, review, and chart audits of clinical documentation. Position will oversee alcohol and drug counseling interns and provide weekly supervision. 

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and analyze policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
