Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses in Naples, Florida 34110 and the surrounding areas.

NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform skilled nursing visits: Start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments

Visits and hourly shifts available.

Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support

Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans

Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA 

Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

Pay rate: $35.00/hr+ and up for hourly shifts.  Visits:  $75/visit+ and up.

Pay rates vary and are based on the patient care plans and always confirmed at the time of scheduling.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.

MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.

MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.

MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS

MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or  QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .

MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.

MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
