About this role We're seeking to hire a talented Project Manager to join our new Client Service Department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting Airfoil's design and engineering teams.

You'll serve as the connective tissue between our clients and internal team, balancing expectations, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and with excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for design, engineering, and other teams Oversee project development from kickoff to delivery, ensuring milestones are met Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations Flag and resolve blockers such as delays, scope creep, or resourcing issues Prepare and run kickoff calls, status meetings, and retrospectives Share weekly progress updates and performance reports with clients and Airfoil leadership Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting retention and growth Collaborate with business development to identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Project Manager within an agency, creative, or digital environment Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously, from briefing to delivery Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client‐facing experience Ability to mediate between client goals and creative/operational priorities Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and adaptable under pressure Familiarity with fintech, crypto, DeFi, or other technology‐driven industries is a strong advantage Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus ROLE DETAILS Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience (DOE).
