Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales-Advertising person for added support to our advertising sales team. This role involves working closely with account executives, clients, and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, sales and sales processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. 

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ad management software a plus
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
  • Assist the advertising sales team in managing client accounts and day-to-day activities
  • Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and insertion orders
  • Communicate with clients to gather campaign details, creative assets, and approvals
  • Coordinate with internal departments (graphics, digital  billing) to ensure timely ad delivery
  • Conduct market research and assist in identifying new sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activity
  • Prepare sales reports, track campaign performance
  • Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and support event or campaign planning
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all advertising and sales materials

Education

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, advertising, or administrative support (media industry a plus)
