  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • This position works in conjunction with the Marketing Director to create video and photography content that aligns with the campaigns, branding and strategic vision of East Alabama Health. Responsibilities include developing and executing patient-centered marketing content that supports the strategic goals of East Alabama Health and its service lines. This role collaborates with service line leaders, physicians and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality, results-driven content across multiple platforms.
      The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented creative professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to oversee several video productions at once while maintaining deadlines, schedules and consistent communication with physicians, patients, staff and other video subjects throughout the production process. Promptness, professionalism and follow-through are essential.
      The primary focus of this position is video production and digital storytelling. The candidate must be able to conceptualize, shoot, edit and publish compelling long-form and short-form video content for events, social media, web, digital advertising and other marketing channels. This includes repurposing and clipping longer video projects into engaging short-form content optimized for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. The candidate should also be comfortable capturing and editing photography content for use in campaigns, advertising, digital media and organizational communications.
      This person will also work directly with the Marketing Director to analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for optimization and growth. Additional responsibilities include providing supplemental support to the management of and social media and website platforms.
      Required skills and qualifications include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; videography, photography and editing experience; content creation and writing skills; basic graphic design abilities; experience with social media platforms and content strategy; strong project management skills; and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

      • Bachelor's degree in cinematography, film and video production, digital media, marketing, public relations, communication or related field
    • Minimum Experience
      • 3+ years of experience in filming, editing, and producing professional video content required
