Responsibilities
  • In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Your contribution to the team
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, with sector focus.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Hands-on coding experience with a design focus.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Required Skill and Experience

Hands-on technical experience in MuleSoft Anypoint API Platform and/or RTF environment. Experience in design, development, and production support of RESTful APIs in MuleSoft v4.x and Platform support. Hands-on experience in MuleSoft Platform Admin activities. Experience in incident resolution, handling service requests, problem management, issue resolution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug fixing.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience working in a global delivery model.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
