Position: MuleSoft Administrator

Work Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite) / Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)

Job Description:

This is Mulesoft Admin role not a developer role. Some dev exposure is fine, but the core function is platform management, operations, and L2/L3 support.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain MuleSoft runtimes, servers, and platform components.
  • Handle incoming tickets (incidents, service requests, platform issues).
  • Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for production and non-production.
  • Work with DevOps on deployments, pipelines, and automation.
  • Support certificates, SSL, connectivity, and platform upgrades.

Must Have Skills:

  • MuleSoft platform administration (CloudHub, RTF, On-Prem, gateways, runtimes).
  • Middleware background (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic experience is a plus).
  • Linux (command line troubleshooting, logs, scripts, deployments).
  • L2/L3 production support.
  • Strong troubleshooting across integrations, APIs, runtimes, queues, certs, connectivity.
  • On-call (or) 24/7 support experience.

Nice to have:

  • DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, automation).
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
  • SRE style mindset (monitoring, observability, incident response).
