Production Associate/$20-22 an hour

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Production Associate in the MTA Liquids/Filler operator department. Available shifts include 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30, 2nd shift, Monday-Friday from 2pm-10:30pm, and 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday from 10pm-6:30am.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a loud, fast-paced, and sometimes dirty production environment.
  • Load, unload, count, label, ship, and pack products ranging from 5 lbs. to 50 lbs.
  • Fill finished products and raw materials into customer-requested containers, which can include gallon jugs, small drums, or small containers.
  • Work off batch sheets to fill orders for various customers.
  • Utilize basic measurement and mathematical skills.
  • Operate a DOSS computer system for data entry to track production updates and equipment status.
  • Report to shift supervisors and collaborate with production workers to meet goals.
  • Perform additional duties as required in the production area.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in batch mixing.
  • Machine operating experience within a GMP environment.
  • Packing experience in a GMP environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Stand up reach truck experience (6+ months).
  • Good work tenure (more than 1 year at a position).
  • Ability to work with a computer.
  • High School Diploma or GED required for permanent position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Downers Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
