This role requires flexibility, with a primary focus on weekends, holidays, and peak guest periods. Typical schedules will include a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with hours ranging between morning, midday, and evening depending on business needs and school group demand.
What You'll Do
As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you'll be the go-to leader on the floor, ensuring smooth operations, top-notch guest service, and a happy, motivated team. From managing guest flow to mentoring team members, every day is about making magic happen!
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire - Motivate and support team members to be guest-obsessed and deliver amazing service with a smile. Keep Things Running Smoothly - Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and jump in to help wherever needed. Safety First! - Ensure that all policies and safety standards are followed so guests and team members stay safe and happy. Make Every Moment Count - Handle guest questions and issues with care and creativity to turn challenges into positive experiences. Train & Develop - Help new and current team members grow through hands-on coaching, training, and development. Support the Team - When not serving as the Supervisor on Duty, assist with projects, audits, and engagement activities that make our workplace awesome! Lead by Example - Jump into guest-facing roles when needed - showing how world-class service is done!
Qualifications & Experience What You Bring to the Team
A fun, positive, and outgoing personality - you love connecting with people! High school diploma or GED required. At least 6 months of experience in attractions, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Proven ability to multitask in a lively, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Leadership qualities that inspire others to deliver their best - and have fun doing it!
Working Conditions
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the attraction for long periods. Work in a lively, colorful, and family-focused environment - with laughter as your soundtrack!
