Description:
We have an outpatient locum physician need in the wound care specialty.
Requirements include being Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Surgery, with an MD or DO degree.
A completed Health Attestation Form must be submitted at least one week before the first day of work.
The schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Candidates must have an active Illinois license and DEA/CSR.
If candidates are located within driving distance, travel arrangements will include round trip mileage and lodging.
All references should be completed by professional colleagues and medical directors from recent workplaces.
It is preferred that candidates have a clean record with no pending malpractice cases.
Presentations will only be considered complete when all required documents are included.
