--- Project Description ---
ECM projects have multiple parts - the ECM repository,
scanning/ingestion, and data collection using mobile application. This
consultant will maintain existing and develop new processes to ingest
documents and data collection for projects for Department of Health
Dedicated Support Team.
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Monitoring ECM systems performance and recommend
improvements/changes.
2. Support and administration of the existing DOH ECM infrastructure.
3. Installation and administration of OpenText Intelligent
Capture/Captiva software.
4. Design and documentation of proposed document ingestion
solutions.
5. Definition of the databases and interfaces to/from OpenText
Intelligent Capture/Captiva software.
6. Creation of ingestion processes and associated documentation.
7. Participation in the testing and implementation of solutions
8. Monitoring of performance and recommend improvements/changes
9. Support and administration of GroveWare eXFORMA and
MobiTask applications and infrastructure.
--- Required Qualifications ---
84 months of experience Captiva Dispatcher and Advanced Recognition
development, version 7.6, 16.x, 20.x or higher
48 months of experience in Captiva 16.x, 20.x or higher development using
Captiva Designer, Advanced Recognition, .Net Code Module, Captiva
Desktop, ODBC Export.
84 months of experience in the installation/administration of Captiva v7.6,
v16, 20.x or higher software environments
84 months of experience Captiva Client Side-Scripting development in .Net,
version 7.6, 16.x, 20.x or higher
48 months of experience in Captiva 16.x, 20.x or higher integration with
backend databases.
10 months of experience in Captiva 22.2 or higher development using Captiva
Designer, Advanced Recognition, .Net Code Module, Captiva Desktop
12 months experience in GroveWare eXFORMA and MobiTask doing support
and administration
6 months of experience with Captiva Command Line deployment using
Windows batch scripting
Certification as a Captiva Accredited InputAccel Developer
