We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Executive Housekeeper to join our brand-new Microtel Inn & Suites in Nephi. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll help build a high-performing team and shape a culture rooted in providing Heartfelt Hospitality and genuine care for both our guests and fellow team members.

What do we expect from you?

  • 1+ year of  housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong  leadership and team-building skills
  • Comfortable using computers (Excel & property systems)
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a plus!)
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

As our Executive Housekeeper, you'll be at the heart of daily operations-leading your team and ensuring every guest room and common area meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the housekeeping & laundry team day-to-day
  • Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members
  • Ensure that the Housekeeping and Laundry team members are properly trained in cleaning standards, safety, and chemical use
  • Monitor each team member's productivity, quality, and performance
  • Conduct daily team huddles to keep everyone aligned and motivated
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain a positive, energized, and accountable work environment
  • Ensure consistent communication with management and all other hotel departments
