ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who can lead technical initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and partner closely with customers to bring advanced sensor technologies to life. In this role, you'll design circuits, develop embedded firmware, troubleshoot complex issues, and help deliver projects on time and within budget. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Plan and coordinate technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within budget and on time
  • Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of a project.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
  • Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs, as they arise
  • Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals
  • Document and report project progress to stakeholders and customers
  • Circuit/schematic design, PCBA layout, PCBA test and verification
  • Firmware development within ASPICE process a plus
  • Sensor development with embedded firmware
  • Sensor development leveraging non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology and thermal conductivity technology
  • Root cause analysis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • >7 years of experience in electrical engineering of analog, LIN, and CAN output devices, embedded firmware development, and development within ASPICE process is a plus.
  • Understanding of embedded C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex-M).
  • Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and industrial interfaces (Modbus, EtherCAT).
  • Familiarity with safety-critical development processes (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sensor fusion, signal processing, or machine learning on embedded platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434).
  • Experience with model-based design (MATLAB / Simulink) and code generation tools.
