We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative or accounting experience who is looking for flexible, family-friendly hours in a local office environment.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our administrative and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of daily office functions and is interested in growing into broader accounting responsibilities over time. The right candidate may be slightly overqualified for a traditional administrative position and eager for a role with long-term growth potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including vendor approvals, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9s, and related documentation
  • Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing assistance and collections follow-up
  • Assist with intercompany and field invoicing
  • Answer incoming phone calls and oversee front desk/reception duties
  • Order, track, and maintain office supplies
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
  • Process purchase orders and assist with scheduling as needed
  • Support client and vendor communications, including required forms, surveys, and documentation
