We are a dynamic event production and venue management company behind some of Southern California's most exciting concerts, festivals, and community events-like Irvine Nights, Great Park Live, OC Summer Slam (featuring Flo Rida, Soulja Boy, Bow Wow, and Pretty Ricky), and Winter Fest OC. We blend live entertainment with creative experiences and pride ourselves on our high-energy, trend-forward approach to marketing.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our Event & Live Entertainment team! This is a hands-on internship ideal for students looking to break into the world of event promotion, experiential marketing, and social media strategy. You'll work closely with our marketing team on digital content, grassroots campaigns, day-of event activation, and general marketing support across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (video clips, graphics, reels, captions, trends)
  • Support marketing, street team activations, and flyer distribution
  • Schedule and monitor posts using platforms like Sprouts Social or Meta
  • Contribute to marketing brainstorms and trend research
  • Help manage photo/video content folders from past and current events
  • On-site support at events, night markets, and concerts (evenings/weekends)
  • Assist with email marketing copy, website updates, and press/influencer outreach

Position Overview:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or a related field
  • Strong passion for live events, music, and pop culture
  • Excellent written communication and a good eye for design/content trends
  • Social media savvy (especially Instagram Reels & TikTok)
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Comfortable engaging with the public during activations
