Job Description:
Master Clean Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Office Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a construction office and ensuring that it is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the construction office, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, chairs, and windowsills
- Vacuum and mop floors, and empty trash and recycling bins
- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor in a construction office setting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture and equipment
Position hours and Pay
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
