$130,000 - $140,000 + Quarterly Bonus + $18k Relocation + 401(k) + Medical + Dental

The credit function is already well established, but the business is seeking a leader to strengthen operations while driving modernisation across systems, reporting, and process improvement. With the adoption of AI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor M3, you will play a key role in shaping how credit is managed across the business, leading a talented team and partnering closely with Finance, Sales, IT, and senior leadership.

The Role:
* Join a global leading manufacturing company
* Own and lead all credit operations across the business.
* Drive improvements across ERP platforms including Infor M3 and Microsoft Dynamics
* Improve credit processes, controls, and operational efficiency across the department
* Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and IT teams to support business growth and operational excellence
* Manage and develop a team of 7 employees, including a Collections Manager direct report
* Support the adoption of automation, AI tools, and modern credit technologies
* Add to ongoing modernization initiatives and future-state planning for the credit function
The Person:
*Proven experience as a Credit Manager within a B2B environment
*Strong understanding of credit risk, accounts receivable, and credit policy
*Experience working with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives
* Comfortable leading teams and driving positive change
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Interest in technology, automation, and modern business systems (AI Automation and ERP)
* Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple departments
