Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Master Electrician to support our HVAC installation team and help expand our residential electrical services. Current work primarily includes running high-voltage electrical lines and completing electrical connections for new HVAC and mini split installations.
As the role grows, future responsibilities will include:
  •  Electrical panel upgrades.
  •  EV charger installations.
  •  Residential service work.
  •  Home electrical improvements and troubleshooting.
  •  Supporting the development of Elmar’s electrical division 
This position is ideal for someone entrepreneurial-minded who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and helping build systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
  •  Run high-voltage electrical lines for HVAC and mini split installations.
  •  Install disconnects, breakers, circuits, and related electrical components.
  •  Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  •  Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
  •  Perform panel upgrades and electrical service improvements.
  •  Install residential EV charging systems.
  •  Maintain organized documentation and job records.
  •  Help develop and improve the company’s electrical operations.
Qualifications:
  •  Current Master Electrician license.
  •  Strong residential electrical experience.
  •  Experience with HVAC electrical systems preferred.
  •  Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage projects.
  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  •  Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
