At Mamaka Bowls, we're looking for a Head Operator who is passionate about leading people, creating an incredible guest experience, and taking ownership of a high-performing store.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Assistant Operators, shift leaders, and team members.
  • Create a positive, high-accountability culture where people love coming to work.
  • Coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable to high standards.
  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
  • Own day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, food quality, and profitability.
  • Solve problems quickly and confidently, while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders within the store.
  • Maintain excellence in operations while continually looking for ways to improve.

Requirements
