What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Assistant Operators, shift leaders, and team members.
- Create a positive, high-accountability culture where people love coming to work.
- Coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable to high standards.
- Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
- Own day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, food quality, and profitability.
- Solve problems quickly and confidently, while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
- Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders within the store.
- Maintain excellence in operations while continually looking for ways to improve.
