Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright

$28-$34 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Join Our Maintenance Team
QML Inc. / MST is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and facility equipment in our manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical abilities and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial maintenance, be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and be able to take direction from both the Maintenance Supervisor and Production Supervisor. Candidates must also be able to perform welding as part of maintenance and repair activities.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Maintain and repair facility infrastructure and production machinery
Complete welding and fabrication work as needed
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards
Work closely with Maintenance and Production leadership to minimize downtime

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, building, or machinery maintenance
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with:
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Welding (Stick, MIG, or TIG)
General fabrication
Plumbing experience preferred
Industrial electrical experience is a plus
Ability to read and follow instructions from supervisors
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Professional references required
