The Opportunity

As an Account Executive (Wholesale B2B), you will play a key role in driving growth and managing relationships with large national retailers and off-price partners, including accounts comparable in scale and complexity to leading retailers such as TJX, Burlington, Costco, Walmart, and Macy's.

This customer-facing, highly collaborative role is ideal for professionals with experience partnering directly with retail buyers and managing wholesale accounts within the home dcor, fashion, apparel, accessories, or consumer goods industries.

Working closely with our Design, Production, and Logistics teams, you will help develop customized assortments, support successful product launches, and drive long-term account growth. Your ability to translate market trends and customer needs into commercial success will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key accounts with national and off-price retailers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, merchants, and planning teams.
  • Support assortment planning aligned with retailer strategies, consumer demand, and margin objectives.
  • Present seasonal product collections, trend direction, and key product features to buyers.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify reorder, expansion, and account growth opportunities.
  • Propose solutions that balance customer objectives with operational and production capabilities.
  • Stay current on home dcor and retail industry trends to provide insights to buyers and internal teams.
  • Lead showroom presentations, line reviews, and market appointments.
  • Coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B wholesale sales and account management experience working directly with national retailers or off-price buyers.
  • Experience within home dcor, home textiles, fashion/apparel, lifestyle, or related consumer goods categories.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail buying cycles, product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and margin requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP or retail portal experience is a plus.
