TheBastion Collection is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Manager to supportits restaurant concepts in Houston, New York, and Miami. This role will beHouston-based, with involvement across all Bastion properties. This position blendsmarketing with on-property support, requiring a highly organized, creativeindividual with strong personal skills and a natural ability to thrive infast-paced environments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, withhospitality or luxury experience preferred.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Senior Marketing Manager for TheBastion Collection portfolio, inclusive of all Miami, New York, and Houstonproperties.

Serveas the on-property liaison between the Bastion Corporate Marketing Departmentand the on property operational and culinary teams.

Collaboratewith leadership to activate key brand moments, including seasonal promotions,holidays, and high-profile partnerships.

Content Creation & Social Media

Managethe creation and execution of a monthly content calendar for both therestaurant and club.

Writeengaging captions and develop creative for Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.

Produceand publish weekly Reels showcasing programming, partnerships, chef spotlights,and behind-the-scenes content.

Overseecommunity management by responding to DMs, comments, and engaging with thelocal community.

Tracksocial media analytics and adapt strategy accordingly.

Email Marketing & CRM

Ownthe creation and deployment of all email marketing campaigns for all Bastionproperties, including newsletters, event invites, and promotionalcommunications.

Supportin managing and optimizing the SevenRooms CRM database.

Trackengagement metrics and report on campaign performance.

Digital Marketing

Coordinate/supportall digital marketing efforts, ensuring the maintenance of Google/Yelp and allother third party listings

Coordinatepaid ad campaigns

Supportoperations team on management of reviews

Booking & Digital Platforms

Ensurethird-party booking platforms (Resy, OpenTable) are fully optimized, alignedwith the brand's tone and visual identity.

Provideupdated copy and curated image assets regularly in collaboration with theDirector of Restaurants.

Website Management

Maintainand update the website, including hours of operation, menus, programmingdetails, and imagery.

Facilitateand direct all website inquiries

Photo & Video Content

Assistin coordinating all photo and video shoots for all properties.

Maintainan organized asset library for ongoing content use.

Collateral & Creative Production

Executeand maintain all marketing collateral (digital and print)

Coordinatethe design (through agencies/freelancers), printing, and rollout of materialssuch as:

Menus

Eventsignage

Partnershipassets

Digitalinvitations

Variouspromotional collateral

Partnerships, Programming & Events

Assistin the planning and execution of all brand partnerships, seasonal activations,and in-house programming (ex: holidays, DJs, tastings, panels).
