Description: The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. The unit consists of 30 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3. Equipment utilized includes Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, and EMR systems. Types of patients commonly seen include those with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric disorders. Candidates must be team players with a positive attitude, flexibility, and empathy. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure readiness for the role. This position may require floating to other inpatient areas during low census situations. Professional demeanor and adherence to dress code are essential for maintaining a collaborative and respectful environment.
