- Total Joint/ Hip & Knee/ General Orthopedic Surgeon
- Clinical practice in Albemarle
- $60,000 sign on bonus and potential for additional retention bonus
- Initial guarantee salary with RVU production incentive, Bonus structure based on quality metrics
- Inpatient and Outpatient
- Weekday Call shared among providers; weekend call covered by Atrium's weekender and locum team
- Office and Clinical hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
- 4 experienced surgeons, 2 Advanced Care Practitioners
- Modern surgical suites with high-definition video capability and other state of the art equipment
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
Training and/or Experience Required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- ACGME-accredited training program completion
- Successful Completion of Adult Reconstruction Fellowship (primary/revision hip and knee arthroplasty)
- New grads will be considered
