What factors influence the pay rate for Lockheed internships, and how is compensation typically structured?

Lockheed internship pay rates are influenced by several factors, including the intern's educational background, field of study, year in school, geographic location, and the specific business area or department. Compensation is typically structured as an hourly wage and may vary depending on whether the internship is technical (such as engineering or IT) or non-technical. Interns may also receive additional benefits, such as relocation assistance or housing stipends for certain locations. Lockheed Martin aims to offer competitive pay that reflects both industry standards and the intern's qualifications.
