Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Demand Generation Project Manager to drive pipeline growth across Germany and the Netherlands. This position plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation initiatives in close partnership with ADP's Business Development and Marketing teams.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on project management to deliver measurable business outcomes. Although designed as a manager-grade position, the role does not include direct reports; instead, it requires strong leadership through influence, collaboration, and accountability.

This is a 6-month contract position based in Barcelona, offering significant visibility across the EMEA region and the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute targeted demand generation programs for Germany and the Netherlands to drive qualified pipeline growth.

Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to align campaign strategies, execution, and reporting.

Manage cross-functional projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance metrics are met.

Support localization of campaign content and messaging to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance in both markets.

Monitor campaign analytics, assess performance, and recommend optimizations to enhance ROI.

Collaborate with Sales to strengthen campaign follow-up effectiveness and pipeline conversion.

Act as a subject matter expert for the German and Dutch markets, sharing insights and best practices across regional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) required, Dutch proficiency highly desirable.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field ideal but not required.

Proven experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or sales development, preferably within the technology or professional services sector.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and drive informed business decisions.

Excellent communication and project management skills, demonstrating the ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) considered an advantage.
