Job description

This is a full-time on-site ore REMOTE role for an experienced SBA Operations Assistant based in Cleveland, OH. The SBA Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations of SBA loan processing, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and assisting in the coordination and administration of loan applications. Daily tasks include reviewing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the Operations team to enhance workflow efficiency. Additionally, the SBA Operations Assistant will provide excellent customer service to business clients, address inquiries, and offer operational support to facilitate seamless loan processing.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in SBA Operations, with the ability to efficiently handle processes and workflows
  • Strong Analytical Skills to review and interpret loan documentation and ensure compliance with all SBA regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients and work collaboratively with team members
