Job description

Position Summary

Attica Motorsports is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Administrative Clerk / Assistant to support our sales and finance departments. This position is responsible for processing customer purchase files, submitting loan documentation, managing title paperwork, and ensuring all deals are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership and state requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and file all Finance & Insurance (F&I) and customer purchase documentation.
  • Assemble and maintain complete deal files for submission, funding, and recordkeeping.
  • Review deal jackets to verify accuracy of contracts, signatures, financing terms, and required documentation.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate before submission to lenders or filing systems.
  • Work closely with management to meet required deadlines.
  • Submit loan documentation to banks and financial institutions and track deals through the funding process.
  • Follow up with lenders to resolve missing or incorrect documentation and ensure timely funding.
  • Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork to appropriate state agencies.
  • Verify ownership, registration information, and ensure all title processing deadlines are met.
  • Maintain records of title submissions and completions.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and federal/state regulations by reviewing contracts and documentation for required disclosures.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with department organization and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate appointments between F&I staff and salespeople and assist in managing workflow to ensure efficient deal processing.
  • Confirm required customer documentation including identification, insurance verification, and financing paperwork.
  • Assist with gathering customer signatures and answer basic questions regarding financing documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial and personal information and ensure compliance with privacy and data security policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in powersports, automotive, or dealership F&I operations
  • Experience with deal processing or title administration
  • Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) such as Lightspeed

Compensation

$35,000 – $45,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Primarily Monday – Friday

Some pre-scheduled weekends required including 5/31/2026 and 10/31/2026
