OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast paced and innovative construction consumable, heavy equipment rental company. We are seeking a detail-orientedWarehouse Coordinatorto support our Warrenton, MO location. They willberesponsible fordaily warehouse operations and activities, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and communication between teams.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth communication across departments while supporting shipping, receiving, and internallogisticsof the branch.The Warehouse Coordinator will be a highly organized and dependable team player toassistour team in reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our internal and external customers as well as suppliers. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Coordination

  • Pull and verify customer orders and transfers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

  • Performput-awaysandmaintainaccuratestorage of items.

  • Assistin dispatching and route planning if volume requires.

  • Process and verify purchase orders, transfers, and physical receipts.

Inventory Control

  • Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Handle product rotations tomaintainproduct integrity and reduce waste.

  • Create and update bin labels andmaintainproper bin location data.

  • Set up and process shipments for transfers between locations.

Verification & Quality Assurance

  • Verify packing slips and double-check pulled orders.

  • Serve as a second set of eyes for paperwork verification before delivery.

  • Ensure order documentation is complete and properly filed.

Warehouse Organization & Housekeeping

  • Clean and organize the warehouse and laydown yard tomaintainsafety and efficiency.

  • Face shelves/ restock inventory regularly,in accordance withFIFO practices.

  • Ensure a well-organized work environment to support team productivity.

  • May help withadditionaltasks as needed.

Team Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the inside team to resolve order and inventory issues.

  • Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate tasks and resolve discrepancies.

Driver & Equipment Support

  • Assistwith pre-trip inspections and equipment unloading as needed (based on training).

  • Manage Will Call pickups, as needed (limited to use in a company F150).

Safety and Compliance

  • Adhere to all warehouse safety practices and regulations, including but not limited to, equipment operation and material handling.

  • Conduct regular safety checks and hazard assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA standards

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Well-organized with attention to detail.

  • Strong communicationskills for both internal and external interactions.

  • Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years ofprovenexperience in a warehouse orlogisticscoordination role.

  • Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain).

  • Construction supply and equipment knowledge a plus.

  • Experience with operatingvarious typesof construction equipment a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, and loading.

  • Safelyoperatewarehouse machinery (training provided if needed).

  • Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds at times.
