Job Description
We are seeking a technically strong Senior Infor Developer to support and enhance enterprise systems within the Infor ecosystem. This role is heavily focused on the backend technical side of Infor CloudSuite, including integrations, data movement, and system development, and will play a key role in a migration from single-tenant Lawson to multi-tenant Infor CloudSuite. This is a development-heavy role (80–90%), ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience working with Infor tools such as ION, IPA, and Landmark (LPL/Configuration Console). The position will focus on building and supporting integrations, converting legacy reports and interfaces, and contributing to a broader cloud transformation effort. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role and contribute directly to the modernization of a critical enterprise platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical resource supporting backend Infor systems, with a focus on CloudSuite architecture
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Infor ION, APIs, and middleware tools
  • Build and enhance IPA workflows and automation processes to support business operations
  • Support a multi-tenant CloudSuite migration, including conversion of legacy SQL reports, interfaces, and integrations
  • Work with Data Fabric/Data Lake concepts to support data flow and system integration
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data transformations
  • Configure and support backend components using Landmark Pattern Language (LPL) and Configuration Console
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production environments as needed
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing (SIT/UAT), and ongoing enhancements
  • Document technical designs, integrations, and system changes
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience within Infor environments (CloudSuite and/or Lawson)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Infor ION (integrations, APIs, data movement)
    • IPA / Process Automation development
    • Landmark (LPL) / Configuration Console
  • Proficiency in SQL for reporting, data analysis, and transformation
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and backend development concepts
  • Experience supporting or contributing to CloudSuite migrations or system modernization efforts
  • Ability to work in a development-heavy, project-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Data Fabric, Data Lake, or enterprise data integration concepts
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with workforce management or timekeeping systems (e.g., WorkForce, Kronos)
  • Experience working in enterprise or public sector environments
