- Lead the charge on retail expansion-open a high volume of new accounts weekly with precision and persistence. Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers, route-to-market (RTM) distributors, and key B2B operators.

- Own execution in every store: eye-level facings, stocked shelves, rotated inventory, and fully compliant POS
- Build deep relationships with store owners and clerks-become the rep they advocate for and reorder from
