We are currently seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our team at BW Plus Kelly Inn in St. Cloud, MN. As the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front desk staff to deliver top-notch service to guests.
- Handle guest complaints/requests and ensure prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline front office operations.
- Monitor and maintain front desk inventory and supplies.
- Prior front desk or supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
