Job Description SummaryThe Senior Data Analyst leads data engineering and data science projects within the lab, turning complex biomedical datasets into robust pipelines, rigorous analyses, and actionable scientific insight. Working closely with the Principal Investigator and research team, this position designs and builds data workflows, develops and applies statistical and machine-learning methods, and ensures the integrity, reproducibility, and quality of the lab's analytical work.
This role requires domain expertise in biomedical informatics, AI/machine learning, or a closely related field, with a focus on immune health and/or high-dimensional omics data (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, single-cell, or multi-omics).
This is a senior staff position that operates with significant independence and scientific judgment, and may provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and trainees.
This position is contingent upon continued funding.
Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Informatics, Health Information Systems, or Technology Management and 4 to 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master's degree preferred.
