Project Scope/ Roadmap:
- This team works on the Self-Service portal, focusing on WiFi Connectivity and Troubleshooting. Anything related to connectivity, network, guest networks, establishing connection, how to help customers troubleshoot issues themselves. This is not working on a specific project, but will be touching connectivity and troubleshoot portals.
- Angular (currently on Angular 16, moving to 17 soon)
- JavaScript
- RxJS and NgRX knowledge is a plus

Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 2+ years of experience ideal.
