Demonstrated expertise in AWS, MongoDB, Datadog or similar tools, and PythonJava. Troubleshoot customer issues as needed, documenting details in JIRA and the PagerDuty oncall system. Review and triage escalated service and support requests. Utilize DevOps automation tools, including GitLab build jobs. Provide oncall support for P1 issues during weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.
