Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, or SolarWinds, as well as ticketing and automation tools, is essential. What is an IT RMM Engineer?

An IT RMM Engineer is a technology professional responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) systems.
