Job description

Summary/Objective:

The Assembly Operator will perform assembly operations to produce products for recreational vehicles.

Essential Functions:

  • Collect all necessary materials and tools required for the assembly job as needed
  • Assemble components or parts using hand tools as needed
  • Follow established guidelines and quality control standards to ensure accurate and efficient assembly
  • Inspect finished products for defects or errors and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Report any issues or concerns with the assembly process or materials to the supervisor
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Performs other duties as requested to full accountability

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to speak and listen. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks; walking, as well as using hands and fingers to handle, feel, lift and assemble parts; reach with hands and arms. Requires excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be required to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime as necessary.
